The Hawai`i Consortium for Continuing Medical Education is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education
to provide continuing medical education for physicians.
The Hawai`i Consortium for Continuing Medical Education designates this educational activity for a maximum of 1.0 AMA PRA Category 1 CreditsTM. Physicians should only claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
Credit is only given when a CME Evaluation and Registration is completed and recorded by the CME Secretary. An Attendance Summary of CME credits is available to physicians at the end of the year upon request from the accredited provider (HCCME).
